JOB SUMMARY:

A Food Attendant in a casual-fine dining restaurant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. They serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders. Food attendants also handle billing and payments, assist in promoting menu items and specials, and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, they address guest inquiries or concerns courteously and support overall restaurant operations by working collaboratively with the service team to uphold the restaurant's quality and service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
