We're Hiring: Home-Based HRIS Data Analyst (Full-Time, Remote)

DCX Client Services is looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven HRIS Data Analyst to support a U.S.-based client.

In this role, you'll take ownership of HR data accuracy, reporting, and system optimization in Paylocity, helping the organization leverage its HRIS capabilities to drive process efficiency and future system improvements. You'll collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting, and leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights and automation opportunities that enhance decision-making across the business.


What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Microsoft Fabric, Google Looker, and Excel.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR data collection, reporting, and automation.
  • Manage and optimize the Paylocity HRIS for efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Identify underutilized HRIS functionalities and propose process enhancements.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to evaluate the current system's performance and explore potential migration paths for future improvement.
  • Perform regular data audits and reconciliations to ensure system integrity.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage user access requests.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS tools and data visualization.
  • Document processes, workflows, and data definitions for consistency.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of HRIS or HR data management experience (Paylocity experience preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Proven success in HRIS optimization or system improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in system migration or implementation projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate data insights into business language.

Role Details

Remote, Philippines

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Time)

Monday – Friday

Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – 70,000
