Job Summary

We are seeking a Purchasing Officer / Inventory Clerk responsible for sourcing materials, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics. The role also requires driving a 4-wheel vehicle for material pick-up when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase materials and supplies based on project or operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing updates, and delivery schedules
  • Assist in logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing materials
  • Ensure proper documentation and storage of all materials
  • Drive company vehicle to pick up or deliver items as necessary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management
  • Knowledgeable in supplier data, market pricing, and material sourcing
  • Able to coordinate with logistics and delivery teams
  • Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid driver's license
  • Vocational graduate or at least high school graduate
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
