· Identify, evaluate, establish and manage relationships with suppliers.

· Monitor supplier performance to ensure consistency in quality and delivery.

· Oversee the creation and approval of purchase orders.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.

· Creation of purchase request system and ensure implementation and compliance within internal employees.

· Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

· Implement inventory control systems and procedures.

· Negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers.

· Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Create, source and maintain healthy sourcing pool of suppliers for all goods and services that needs to be bought, loaned or rented.

· Negotiate terms, quality, service and price across all suppliers as needed and create an evaluation system for awarding.

· Create receiving and returns protocol across all suppliers and implement with dining, kitchen, and office employees

· File reimbursements reports on a timely and organized manner as needed.

· Create an organized and accurate records of purchases, inventories and other important documents and file accordingly.

· Ensure that purchasing budget is strictly followed and mange forecasted concerns on overspending are reported in advance.

· Maintain efficiency of use of company property and consumables to avoid excessive use and wastage.
