Rica Ana Trading is looking for a Purchaser to join our team. This full-time role is based at our Quezon City, Metro Manila office. As a Purchaser, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and supplies to support our operations. This is a crucial position that helps ensure our business runs efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Source new vendors and expand our supplier network.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Collaborate with the production team to understand material needs and delivery timelines.
  • Research market trends and new products to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance.
  • Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or delays.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and purchasing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
