  • Familiar with purchase order preparation, quotation requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or any procurement software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple suppliers.

  • Honest and able to handle confidential information.
  • Has initiative and good judgment in dealing with suppliers.
  • Can work independently and under pressure.

  • Willing to work on-site and flexible with schedule if needed.
