About the role

Are you passionate about travel and tourism? UNO Adventure & Holidays' is looking for an experienced Reservations Officer to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all travel reservations and bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Process travel bookings for flights, hotels, transportation and other related services
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide travel advice and recommendations
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and availability
  • Maintain detailed records of all bookings and reservations
  • Identify and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new travel packages and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a reservations or travel consultant role
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, accommodation options and booking systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with travel industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in using travel booking software and CRM systems
