About the role

As a full-time Data Encoder at livelife tours', you will play a vital role in keeping our business operations running smoothly. Based in our Quezon City office, this role involves accurately inputting and managing a wide range of data to support our travel agency's day-to-day activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Entering data into our internal systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy
  2. Processing travel booking information, customer details, and other key business data
  3. Maintaining and updating our records and databases to ensure information is current and accessible
  4. Assisting with other office administration tasks as needed to support the wider team

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent data entry and word processing skills, with the ability to work quickly and precisely
  2. Minimum of 6 months' experience in data entry required
  3. Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  6. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  7. A team player who can collaborate well with colleagues across the business
  8. High school graduate required
