HR and Administration Associate

We are looking for an HR & Administration Associate who is proactive, reliable, and ready to grow with us. This role is a mix of admin and HR support. You will be helping with executive and office tasks, as well as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. It's a good fit if you like variety in your work and don't mind wearing different hats.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related course preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or HR roles (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day support to executive management.
- Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, correspondence, and other documents accurately and professionally.
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
- Support in coordinating events, meetings, and special projects
HR and Hiring Assistance
- Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding (e.g., orientation, government registrations, documentation).
- Track probationary periods, leave requests, and other HR compliance requirements.
- Help prepare HR reports, memos, and policy documents.
- Coordinate with external agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) for employee requirements.
General Office Support
- Assist in inventory management, purchase orders, and office supplies.
- Prepare and process basic purchasing, inventory, or proposal reports.
- Support interdepartmental communications and teamwork.
