Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Senior Recruitment Associate to support our growing transportation team. In this role, The HR Senior Recruitment Associate will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various roles across the company, particularly for operations and driver positions. This position requires at least 2 years of prior experience in HR or recruitment, strong organizational skills, and a passion for matching the right people with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system and generate regular recruitment reports.
  • Support the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Participate in job fairs, walk-in interviews, and other recruitment activities.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
