
Administrative and Accounting Assistant – Roofing Services

We are seeking a part-time Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support a roofing services provider in Northern Colorado. This role ensures efficient financial processing, accurate recordkeeping, and reliable communication across clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Must Have's
- Experience in administrative and accounting support (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, expense entry)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage communication with clients and subcontractors
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and similar tools
Nice-to-Haves/Preferred
- Experience in roofing or construction industries
- Familiarity with permits, contracts, and project documentation
- Vendor coordination and supply management experience
- Background in remote client relationship support

We are looking for the following specific requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administrative and accounting experience
- Service-based industry background (roofing, property management, cleaning, construction preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, Proline, and other CRMs
- Strong oral and written English communication
- Availability for 20 hours per week aligned to CST
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Process bills, invoices, and subcontractor payments
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Organize contracts, invoices, and permits
- Maintain correspondence across email and phone
- Assist with scheduling and project documentation
- Coordinate vendors and supply orders
Rate
$5.50/hour
Schedule
Part-Time: 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST (1:00 AM – 5:00 AM PHT)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
