Work from Home, Philippines Frontline Accounting Full time ₱400,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks including, invoicing, billings, payments, bank uploads, finance logs, and report generation.
  • Processing a large volume of account and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements and other reports, involving Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss statements.
  • Prepare VAT returns as needed.
  • Execute month-end closing activities, involving journals, and analysis.
  • Oversee entire client ledgers, proactively managing and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Provide comprehensive accounting services across all facets of the client's business.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any accounting related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Must have experience using QuickBooks or Dext - QuickBooks certification is accepted.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a stable internet connection for temporary work from home arrangement. The designated remote work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule: UK (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)

Work Arrangement: Temporary WFH
