Position: IT Support & Systems Administrator

Setup/Location: Onsite / Cebu IT Park

Schedule: Nightshift | 11pm-8am M-F

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

We're looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to manage our small business's tech infrastructure. This hands-on role involves providing IT support, managing systems, and ensuring smooth daily operations across our Windows PCs, Mac PCs, O365 apps, Salesforce apps, networked devices, and cloud servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage system updates, security patches, and user accounts for Windows and Mac PCs. Support Office 365 apps, Salesforce apps and other software.
  • Systems Administration: Maintain cloud servers, manage user accounts and permissions, and monitor local networks and connected devices.
  • Salesforce Admin: Handle updates, customizations, and support for Salesforce applications.
  • Network & Security: Maintain network devices, implement security protocols, and monitor cybersecurity measures.
  • System Monitoring & Documentation: Monitor performance, document processes, and create troubleshooting guides.
  • Project Management & Vendor Coordination: Oversee IT projects and manage external vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support/systems administration, ideally in a small business.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, cloud servers, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting software applications, especially Salesforce custom apps.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud collaboration tools.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
