About the role

As an Transportation Operations Staff at MOF Company (Subic), Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of transportation and cargo operations at our Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will see you directly contributing to the strategic objectives of our logistics and transportation business.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the transportation operations team to ensure timely and efficient use of MOFS transportation
  • Monitor usage/ operational performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement usage/ operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee asset management, and to optimize asset utilization
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the operations team to build their capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a role within a logistic/cargo or logistics operation
  • Strong understanding of transportation processes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational excellence
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
