We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Staff / Liaison to support our daily operations. The role involves both office and fieldwork, ensuring smooth coordination of documents, errands, and company transactions with government and private offices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the filing, routing, and safekeeping of company documents.
  • Assist in processing permits, clearances, and other requirements with government agencies (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, City Hall, etc.).
  • Perform messenger and liaison duties as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to office departments.
  • Ensure timely submission and pickup of documents and payments.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate of any 2–4 year course.
  • With at least 1 year experience as Office Staff or Liaison (preferred but not required).
  • Familiar with government transactions and document processing.
  • Has a valid driver's license (an advantage but not required).
  • Trustworthy, organized, and can work with minimal supervision.

Work Setup:

  • On-site, full-time position in Pasay City.
  • Monday to Saturday schedule.
