About the role

This is a full-time Store Operations Officer position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of the store's sales, cashier, and customer service staff
  2. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed to maintain appropriate stock
  3. Ensuring store policies and procedures are consistently followed by all staff
  4. Identifying and resolving any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely manner
  5. Generating and analysing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Supporting the Store Manager in the development and implementation of store strategies and initiatives
  7. Promoting a positive and customer-focused store environment

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a retail store operations role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  4. Proficiency in inventory management and data analysis, with a good understanding of retail KPIs
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with store staff and customers
  6. Familiarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
