We are seeking a reliable and operations-focused Operations Manager to oversee daily activities at our NAIA location. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transport experience for passengers arriving from domestic and international flights. The ideal candidate has strong experience in transport, travel, or hospitality operations and is confident in monitoring ground activities, resolving customer issues, and auditing ride and fare-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily branch operations at the assigned airport location
  • Ensure smooth passenger flow and efficient lounge operations
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, airport protocols, and service standards
  • Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Prepare relevant reports for management review

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in branch operations, transport terminals, travel, or hospitality industries
  • Familiarity with transport fare structures, pricing metrics, or service audits
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to be assigned on-site at NAIA and work in shifting schedules
