About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities and functions of the moving deparment.

If you have strong organizational skills, can handle multiple priorities, and enjoy being at the center of operations, this opportunity is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities

· Delegation of moving documentation functions to the staff.

· Making and checking costing.

· Checking quotations submitted by marketing (for moving jobs only)

· Making quotations for in-house account.

· Coordinate with foreign agents regarding export of personal effects.

· Attends the inquiry of client by phone & email.

· Checking issued sales invoice and production report.

· Over all in-charge of moving operations.

· Issue Purchase Order (P.O) for gasoline of service vehicle.

· Checking the inventory of warehouseman and conducting warehouse inspection.

· Analyze and resolves problems about operations.

· Recommends methods to staff on how to improve moving services.

· Monitors and recommends daily hired manpower to be part of company's payroll based on their performance.

· Making evaluation to assess moving manpower and staff on how they improve their performance.

· Motivation of employees.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 6 months experience as supervisor
  • With strong personality
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to be assigned to perform fieldwork
  • Physically fit to work

Training & Skills Needed

  • Supervisory training and seminars attended
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good client relations skills
  • Alert and dependable
  • Knowledgable in using the computer and Microsoft Office programs
