
Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision while ensuring the smooth flow of procurement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track, monitor, and review inventory levels while identifying alternatives for out-of-stock items.
- Maintain close coordination and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate information gathered prior to preparing purchase orders.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and monitor on-time delivery of ordered items/services.
- Provide information on products, promotions, pricing, and other business stakeholders request.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve order and inventory concerns.
- Maintain an organized filing system for procurement records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related business course.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Procurement Assistant.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. And excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati.
