About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Assistant with a background in Civil Engineering to join our growing team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the procurement and construction industry.

You will play a vital role in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and supporting project teams to ensure timely delivery of construction-related goods and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers/subcontractors for construction projects
  • Prepare request for quotations (RFQs), purchase orders, and other procurement documents
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and warehouse staff
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and construction standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
