About the role

As a Procurement Assistant at DKT Health, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement operations of our dynamic organization. This full-time position in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office will involve managing purchasing activities, maintaining inventory records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of essential goods and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the sourcing of materials, equipment, and services required for the smooth running of the organisation
  2. Process purchase orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery of all purchased items
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels, order history, and supplier information
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and address procurement-related issues
  5. Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, filing, and document management
  6. Help to streamline procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures

Job Requirements

  1. Graduate of any 4-year business course
  2. With at least 1 year work-related experience
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel
  4. Must have a high level of integrity
  5. Has good communication and negotiation skills
