Listings Officer (Property Matchmaking & CRM Management)

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Listings Officer (Property Matchmaking & CRM Management) at Imatch Realty, Inc.

The role is based in BGC / Makati, with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.

You'll help grow and manage our property listings, maintain them in our CRM system, coordinate with property owners, buyers, and co-brokers, and support our brokers in marketing and closing deals.

The role also includes preparing marketing content and ensuring all listings are accurate, updated, and ready to match with the right clients.

Responsibilities


• Manage and update property listings in the company CRM and marketing platforms


• Coordinate with property owners, buyers, and co-brokers for viewings and updates


• Prepare marketing materials (photos, write-ups, captions, and decks)


• Support brokers with offers, client servicing, and transaction documentation


• Represent Imatch Realty with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

Qualifications


• Experience in property listings, coordination, or marketing (preferred, but not required)


• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills


• Proficient in using CRM systems, Google Drive, and Canva


• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple listings efficiently


• College graduate (any course); background in Real Estate, Business, or Marketing is a plus


• Familiarity with Metro Manila's property market is an advantage


• Can work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
