Job Role:

The Marketing Officer is the champion of the brand/brands/segment/product and is responsible to coordinate, manage, and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns, track the success of each campaign and make adjustments in order to increase profits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management

  2. Leads brand management and all brand related executions including but not limited to systemwide, in-store, local store marketing, digital, and other relevant and related platforms.

  3. Create, collaborate, and develop marketing campaign and promo for execution.
  4. Ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing programs at store level and all guest touchpoint.
  5. Coordinate with different disciplines and departments for consistent messaging and execution across all platforms.

  6. Prepare and manage the marketing budget and tracking for full year efficient spending.

  7. Administrative Management

  8. Ensure all POS buttons are rolled out accurately and on time
  9. Ensure all PO are released to supplier before production
  10. Ensure project list and monitoring sheets are updated timely and accurately

Qualifications:

  • Must have an experience from the Food and Beverage industry
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • With three years of relevant marketing experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
  • Competency in Microsoft applications.
