The Role

The
Cross-sell Segment Officer
is responsible for supporting and ensuring segment-specific Cross-sell initiatives are tested and operationalized across products and channels. The role will support and monitor promotional campaigns, process or system improvements, leads management initiatives, and review journeys and communications plans that will help increase cross-sell count from our identified customer segment.

How you'll contribute

  • Analyze assigned campaigns and ensure/understand alignment of these initiatives with overall business objectives and strategy.
  • Supports the team's needs in executing initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Analyze the performance of the initiatives (both quantitative and qualitative) and be able to present these results to stakeholders and Business Heads.
  • Determine and understand root cause or factors affecting performance for each initiative and apply learnings in succeeding runs.
  • Gives recommendations to the head if there are encountered issues or concerns.

What we're looking for

  • 3 – 5 years in development of strategies for retail customer and retail deposit portfolios.
  • Ability to formulate and lead strategic initiatives based on blended understanding of business context mixed with technology and data.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively direct tasks, manage priorities, and navigate through timing/budget constraints of the projects
