Art Management, Information Science, Office Administration, or related field

  • Has experience/ knowledge in cataloging, database management, and handling administrative tasks such as organizing documents.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

SKILLS

  1. Experience in clerical tasks such as scanning and organizing physical documents

  2. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail

  3. Capacity to conduct or assist in preparing reports or doing research, as needed.

Description of Job / Scope of Work

  1. Digitize Curatorial archives and documents (Continuation of ongoing digitization program)

a. Scan hard copy documents located in Curatorial cabinets

b. Organize and label all scanned documents into folders

c. Create a summary list of all digitized documents for future reference

  1. Identify and organize high-res images of Collections objects

a. Cross-check the object catalog numbers in the registry forms with the updated catalog numbers in the updated collections catalog

b. Identify the corresponding digital assets (high-res images) of each object and rename the files in

their respective object folders accordingly.

c. Create a list of objects for photo-documentation and assist in the photo-documentation

proceedings, as needed

  1. Support the implementation of Collections Management System/ Digital Asset Management System project

a. Clean up and format data in Microsoft Excel

b. Prepare data for system ingestion

c. Assist in data validation and entry tasks

BMS: PHP 20,000-30,000 (Depending on your experience) with HMO benefits, Government-mandated benefits, and 13th month pay.
