The Admin & Finance Associate provides essential financial and administrative support to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient accounting and reporting processes. This role is responsible for processing payments, managing expense claims, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports and compliance documents. The position plays a key role in supporting management in maintaining sound financial practices and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Finance Functions
- Maintain accurate and updated financial records, including receipts, invoices, and disbursement vouchers.
- Prepare and process payments, reimbursements, and expense claims, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals.
- Monitor and reconcile employee expense claims, ensuring timely liquidation and compliance with company policies.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of cash advances and reimbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and budget monitoring reports.
- Support payroll preparation to ensure accuracy and timely release of employee compensation.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and government agencies for tax filings, permits, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
B. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain organized financial and accounting records in line with internal control procedures.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting administrative and financial reports required by management and government agencies.
- Protect the confidentiality and integrity of financial and company data at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling financial information.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
