The
Sales Admin Associate
provides administrative support to the sales admin and assists in the clerical work of the department, whether in payroll, onboarding, or general admin work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the Sales Department in clerical/non-critical work
- May be assigned to payroll/allowance processing of sales agents, onboarding of sales agents, or general administrative works
- Assist in booking related concerns (contracts, commission rates, etc)
- Performs customer service functions by answering sellers' inquiries and requests
- Performs other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business-related or Human Resources related courses.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig onsite.
- At least 6 months relevant experience in real estate is an advantage, but fresh graduates with good academic standing are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills.
