About the Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll act as the post-booking concierge. Your mission is simple:
Make sure customers who booked actually attend.
You'll reach out to customers via phone, SMS, and email to confirm details, answer questions, build excitement, and keep their commitment strong. Your performance directly impacts customer experience and overall sales pipeline efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Call customers who have booked appointments and reconfirm their schedule
- Keep customers engaged, excited, and prepared to show up
- Send reminders through SMS and email based on our workflow
- Reschedule customers when needed—ensuring minimal drop-offs
- Identify hesitation or objections and proactively resolve them
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks
- Track daily pipeline activity and help reduce no-show rates
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs related to attendance and contact rate
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in sales support, appointment setting, customer service, or inside sales
- Excellent phone communication—warm, clear, confident, and persuasive
- Strong rapport-building skills and ability to keep customers committed
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Zoho, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Results-driven mindset and comfort working with KPIs
- Thrives in structured workflows and high-activity environments
