The Project (Ongoing and After Sales) Progress Monitoring Specialist is responsible for tracking, coordinating, and ensuring the timely execution of ongoing projects and after-sales services. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction. This position also supports after-sales service processes, including inspections, client feedback, service request management, cost assessments, and mobilization of approved services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Accounting for project and service needs.
  • Update tracking boards and prepare basic project reports.
  • Identify delays or issues and escalate to the Project Manager.
  • Process after-sales service requests and create job orders.
  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and material requests.
  • Support mobilization of materials and service teams.
  • Assist in client handover requirements (documents, keys, packages).

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field is an advantage, but not required.

  2. College level, vocational graduates, or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  3. Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in administration, project coordination, or business management.

  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  6. Good communication and coordination abilities.

  7. Proficiency in MS Office and project monitoring/ tracking tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
