Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct systems and process training across various accounts to ensure operational readiness.
  • Train agents and new hires on tools, platforms, and workflows used in day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with Operations, QA, and Training teams to identify skill or process gaps and deliver refresher or upskill sessions.
  • Provide on-floor support, coaching, and guidance during nesting or transition to production.
  • Maintain accurate and updated training materials, process guides, and reference documents.
  • Monitor and assess trainee performance, providing timely feedback and progress reports.
  • Ensure all training activities align with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or operations support environment; 1 year in a training or process specialist role preferred.
  • Experience training for homecare, healthcare, or staffing-related accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, scheduling tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace, MS Office, and other reporting tools.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work onsite and on night shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
