JOB DESCRIPTION – Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analyse sales trends and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure targets and KPIs are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, 2 years in managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented, driven, and strategic thinker.
  • Experience in IT or consumer electronics industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: Health insurance, company events, car/fuel allowance, 13th month pay

Schedule: Day shift, occasional weekends

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, performance bonus, yearly incentives

JOB DESCRIPTION – Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Sales Managers to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective corporate sales strategies.
  • Drive business growth in the IT and consumer electronics market.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong corporate client relationships.
  • Mentor and motivate the corporate sales team to maximize performance.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare reports.
  • Work closely with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and client acquisition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT sales experience (corporate/B2B), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong IT background with proven B2B sales expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, strategic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personality fit: confident, persuasive, and people-oriented.
