Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering great experiences. You will play a key role in driving revenue, engaging with customers, and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets – Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
- Be a Product Expert – Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our product range to confidently advise customers.
- Deliver Excellent Service – Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
- Build Relationships – Foster positive connections with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
- Implement Sales Strategies – Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive business growth.
- Collect Feedback – Listen to customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
- Keep Records Updated – Accurately record sales transactions and maintain customer interaction logs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to connect and persuade customers.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
