We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering great experiences. You will play a key role in driving revenue, engaging with customers, and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets – Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
  • Be a Product Expert – Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our product range to confidently advise customers.
  • Deliver Excellent Service – Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  • Build Relationships – Foster positive connections with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Implement Sales Strategies – Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive business growth.
  • Collect Feedback – Listen to customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
  • Keep Records Updated – Accurately record sales transactions and maintain customer interaction logs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to connect and persuade customers.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
