ROLE SUMMARY:

Business Analyst will be handling the end-to-end implementation of our software to clients. This process includes data gathering and analysis, gap analysis, business process modelling, documentation, installation configuration, client coordination, testing and validation, and customer

handling. Business Analyst plays a critical role in identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings, designing and implementing solutions, and managing change.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Assists in the execution of project plan and project phases planned by the Project Manager.
  • Coordinates with Clients on the schedule and needed resource person.
  • Handles software installation and minor configuration.
  • Handles testing of patches for updates (in case QA is not available).
  • Gather client requirements during mapping phase and document the said requirement.
  • Assists project roll out from start to finish.
  • Prepares minor reports needed or minutes of meeting for both client and the company.
  • Requirements Management.
  • Business Process and Data Modelling.
  • Cost Management.
  • Product Quality Management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the retail industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyzed data ad make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: With good understanding in database technologies, data analysis tools and programming languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (oral and written).
  • Creativity and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to face and manage clients.
  • Proven experience in Project Management in application software development and implementation is a plus
