The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between the technical and

product teams by translating business requirements into technical and functional

specifications. The role supports the development of new products and enhancements

to existing products, ensuring that product solutions are aligned with business needs

and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentatio**

  • n:Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirement
  • s.Develop comprehensive technical and functional specifications that align with product goals and customer need
  • s.Maintain and update product documentation, including workflows, data models, and use case

s.Technical Liaiso

  • n:Act as a conduit between product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical specification
  • s.Assist in the evaluation of technical feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure they meet business and product requirement
  • s.Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner for non-technical stakeholder

s.Product Development Suppor

  • t:Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure product specifications are adhered to throughout the development lifecycl
  • e.Assist in testing and validation of products to ensure they meet specifications and requirement
  • s.Participate in product backlog grooming sessions to refine and prioritize requirement

s.Data Analysis & Insight

  • s:Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimizatio
  • n.Provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and product performance to inform future product development decision

s.Cross-Functional Collaboratio

  • n:Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product developmen
  • t.Support project managers in tracking and delivering on project timelines related to product specification

Skills and Qualificatio**

  • ns:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related fie
  • ld.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technical environme
  • nt.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product manageme
  • nt.Proficiency in creating technical documents, including use cases, user stories, and process flo
  • ws.Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and technical integration process
  • es.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholde
