Ready to turn insight into strategic execution?

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join Converge's Transformation and Oversight team - driving change across critical priorities as we scale from telco to techco.

In this role, you'll work alongside transformation leads and senior stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives spanning Enterprise and Consumer, Network and Data, People and Culture, and Corporate teams. You'll turn analysis into insight, structure into execution, and help drive meaningful change across the organization.

What you'll take on:

· Conduct root-cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities

· Translate insights into data-driven, strategic recommendations

· Define success metrics and track business value realization

· Work closely with stakeholders to align on goals and deliver impact

· Co-lead project execution in partnership with transformation leads

We're looking for sharp, analytical professionals with 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or transformation. LSS Green Belt and experience in digital/B2B/B2C environments are a plus.
