Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell solar energy systems and related products to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and prospective customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely and proper installation and customer support.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Attend trainings, product orientations, and company meetings as required.
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and marketing events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork when needed.
  • Knowledge of solar systems or renewable energy solutions is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
