Role Description
The Territory Manager-Business Development Officer will be responsible for managing and expanding business opportunities within the assigned territory. This role includes building and maintaining partnerships, executing development strategies, ensuring revenue growth, and identifying new market opportunities. Additional tasks involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring partner performance, and preparing reports for management. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Imus.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners, stakeholders, and teams.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to address challenges and create effective business strategies.
- Proficiency in financial and budget management, with an understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
