About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store located at SM Imus Center in Imus City, Cavite. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive the store's commercial success.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the head office to ensure adequate stock
  • Oversee the cash management and financial reporting for the store

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
