Duties and responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries while making them comfortable
  • Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
  • Introduces promotions and new products to customers
  • Remain knowledgeable on products

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Basic Math skills
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Willing to be assigned at Ayala Malls Vermosa, Imus Cavite and willing to be trained at Festival Mall Alabang.
