This is a remote position.

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team If you have hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads, this role offers the chance to work with multiple e-commerce clients and make a real impact on their growth.

Scope
  • starting at 20 hours per week, with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours)
  • Supporting multiple e-commerce clients across various industries
  • Primary focus on paid advertising campaign management and optimization with secondary administrative/data reporting tasks

 Responsibilities
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for multiple e-commerce clients
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Create and manage ad creatives and copy using brand guidelines (basic design/editing with Canva when required)
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, inputting weekly data into spreadsheets that connect to Looker Studio for client reporting
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver on key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks such as invoicing and data entry as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and e-commerce advertising best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data entry for performance tracking
  • Basic design/editing skills in Canva or similar tools (for ad creatives)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
