This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Minimum 20 hours per week, flexible schedule with overlap during Australian business hours
Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Brisbane)


Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Develop and maintain lead generation funnels from initial ad click through to conversion
  • Design and build landing pages that ads direct traffic to
  • Set up and manage email sequences for lead nurturing
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies including SEO
  • Social Media management
  • Handle end-to-end lead generation and nurturing sequences
  • Communicate campaign results and recommendations directly to business leadership

Scopes:

  • Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Primary focus on paid advertising with funnel management
  • Direct reporting to Managing Director
  • Budget management and campaign optimization authority
  • Potential for expansion into additional marketing activities based on performance
  • Working in Australian time zone (Brisbane-based client)
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
  • Strong skills in landing page creation and website development
  • Experience with email marketing automation and sequence setup
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns autonomously
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion funnel optimization
  • Understanding of property investment or real estate marketing (preferred)
