Key Responsibilities

  • Design conversion-focused ad creatives for Facebook and Google Display Network
  • Apply best practices in visual hierarchy, layout flow (Z-pattern, F-pattern), and readability to maximize ad performance
  • Translate briefs into effective deliverables, consistently meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate asynchronously with openness to real-time feedback during designated hours
  • Uphold brand guidelines while ensuring creativity and consistency across all assets

Core Requirements

  • Proven success designing high-performing Facebook ads
  • Strong knowledge of ad design fundamentals: sizing, readability, and layout principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret detailed briefs
