Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Correspondence:
    Draft, proofread, and manage tenant letters such as rent increase notifications, welcome letters, and other official communications.

  • Ledger Management:
    Research and review tenant ledgers for accuracy, identifying errors or omissions based on lease agreements.

  • Payables Management:
    Enter property management payables with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Administrative Support:
    Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the management team to support smooth operations.
