Commercial Attorney

A seasoned commercial attorney with a strong international background is sought to join our fast-paced organization. This role entails reviewing, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial contracts, providing strategic legal input across project lifecycles.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including supply, services, consultancy, EPC, and subcontract agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and contractual risks, commercial obligations, and compliance issues.
• Provide legal support for tender processes, project execution, and post-contractual matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent contract management practices across multiple jurisdictions.

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent; admission to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally with international exposure.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts review and negotiation.
• Industry background in construction, oil & gas, or mining is preferred.
