*This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist located in Pasig.

Role Description

  • Drive new sales by identifying and reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Attend to client inquiries and conduct property tours to provide excellent customer service.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and valuable insights
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay competitive.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven Sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
  • Knowledge in the local real estate market is beneficial
