About the role

O-Golez Property Services Inc. is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team of Property Managers, Property Bookkeepers, and Drivers. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our commercial properties located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including overseeing maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts for each property, ensuring timely rent collection and expense management
  • Provide technical support and perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport supplies, conduct property inspections, and assist with tenant requests
  • Collaborate with the property management team to implement strategies that enhance the tenant experience and maximize property value

  • Relevant experience in property management, bookkeeping, building maintenance, or driving operations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using property management software and standard office applications
