About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and driven Law or Legal Management students who are eager to gain real-world experience in a corporate legal setting. As a Legal Intern, you will assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Legal and Compliance team. This internship offers valuable exposure to corporate law, compliance, and administrative procedures relevant to a legal career.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing and organizing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies
  • Support legal research and preparation of case summaries or memos
  • Help draft correspondences and basic legal forms
  • Participate in compliance checks and audits
  • Maintain and update legal records and files
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months
