International Marketing Group is seeking an Legal Staff to join our team in Makati City. As an Legal Staff you will provide support to the company's legal team by preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, assisting with case management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or related field (Law graduates or those with units in Law preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports to support case handling and decision-making.
  • Assist in ensuring company compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, courts, and external legal counsel for filings and other legal processes.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical) of legal documents and records.
  • Prepare minutes, affidavits, and other supporting documents as required.
  • Monitor deadlines, schedules, and hearings to ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing case files.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
