About the role

This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the LEGAL STAFF for the International Marketing Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing and legal operations across international markets.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing legal support and guidance for the development and execution of international marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Reviewing and drafting legal contracts, agreements, and other documents related to the company's international marketing activities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all international marketing efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company's international marketing strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in international marketing laws and regulations, and advising the team accordingly
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of the company's legal resources, templates, and processes for international marketing

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry
  • Strong understanding of international marketing laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into easy-to-understand language
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with legal technology tools
