Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resources Management, or other related courses.
- At least 15 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Administration field.
- Must have held an HR Manager or Admin Manager position for a minimum of 2 years.
- Well-versed in all facets of HR and Administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, policy formulation, and office/facilities management.
- Possesses strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willing to be assigned anywhere as required by company operations.
